The Law Office of Frederick A. Bading LLC is committed to providing quality legal services in a client focused cost effective manner. With over twenty-seven years experience representing individuals and corporations in both law firm and corporate environments, Mr. Bading practices in the areas of estate planning, taxation, bankruptcy, tort, contract, construction, commercial, insurance, workers' compensation, premises liability, property damage and personal injury litigation. In addition, Mr. Bading is a registered neutral (mediator) with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.
Mr. Bading earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University; an M.B.A. from Emory University; a J.D. from the University of Georgia; and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Alabama. While in law school at the University of Georgia, he was a member of the Jessup International Law Moot Court team, served as the Chairman of the Moot Court Executive Board, and was elected to the Order of Barristers.
Mr. Bading is admitted to practice in the trial courts of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Georgia Supreme Court, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the State Bar of Texas, and is AV rated in Martindale-Hubbell, the preeminent peer review agency of attorneys in the United States. An AV rating is the highest possible rating for attorneys based on legal ability and ethical standards and is a "testament to the fact that a lawyer's peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence."
